Questions
Who else is in the car?
Three passengers and the driver. The Model S stops at each Embrun door, then at each Ottawa office. It is not a private car, and it is not a bus.
Where do you pick up?
At your home address in Embrun, ON. The same car may stop at two other Embrun doors. We do not run a depot or a park-and-ride.
Where do you drop off?
At the Ottawa office address you book — downtown, Centretown, Tunney’s Pasture, Kanata, or elsewhere in the city, within a reasonable curb drop.
What if I’m running late?
The car waits five minutes at the door, then continues on the route.
Is there internet?
Yes. A Starlink Mini in the car, on a Roam plan, for the three passengers. The fare does not add a separate Starlink bill. The driver does not use it.
How do I pay?
Credit card on Stripe.
Snow?
If the 417 is closed we pause that day and credit it. If it is slow, we leave earlier.
